To continue our discussion of the health benefits of good nutrition, I’d like you to consider the broader topic of eating habits-not just what people eat and drink, but how often, how much, and when, Those who want to improve their health often begin by changing some kind of eating habit. This includes a wide range of behavior.What is one poor eating habit that would be important for most people to change, and why?Kelly:If people could start with one change to improve their eating habits, it would be to eat a better breakfast. Most people are so rushed in the morning that they don't take the time to sitdown and eat a balanced meal. A good breakfast gives youmore energy all day and keeps you from eating too much later on.Andrew:I think most people don't bother to learn much about the food that they eat. This ignorance is a kind of bad eating habit. lt can be burdensome, but you should try to read every foodpackage label. The more you can learn about what you're putting in your body, the more likely you'l be to make good decisions.

审题注意点

一.这道题重复了25年6月24日和24年6月30日的原题。关注是eating habits 这个很小的方面,所以题目问得相当具体了。

二. 审题注意点:

- ”one poor eating habit”是一个饮食健康方面的问题。要先列举这个poor habit, 且只需要写1个即可。

- “most people”最好是大部分人都容易出现的,比较主流一点的问题

- “important”要凸显这种问题的严重性 or 改掉这个问题的好处。

三. 参考思路:这个题目大部分同学想到的问题其实跟其他两位NPC同学想的都差不多,主要的poor eating habit 包括:不吃早饭。吃饭饮食营养不均衡。喜欢吃零食垃圾食品:奶茶/高热量快餐,喝酒。

饮食不规律:不按时吃饭,吃夜宵….这些坏的饮食习惯都会导致人们热量超重,肥胖,高血脂,精力衰退,容易疲劳… …大家选择一个自己最好写的,准备充分的内容进行写作即可。

参考范文:

I believe that one crucial change most people need to make is adopting a regular eating schedule.Nowadays, as people juggle various commitments, they often prioritize work, study, or other activities over regular meals, leading to unhealthy consequences. For instance, many individuals might skip breakfast to gain an extra ten minutes of sleep. During the day, they often delay lunch until they have completed a long company meeting or an urgent work assignment, or they might quickly grab a bite at a fast food restaurant, such as McDonald’s, to accommodate another client meeting. Consequently, by day’s end, exhausted and hungry individuals tend to overeat, indulging in excessive quantities of wine, meat, or fried foods. Such irregular eating habits explain the sharp increase issues like obesity, fatigue, stomach issues, and diabetes. The most straightforward and effective solution is adopting a regular eating schedule. It can help maintain good spirits, reduce cravings for high-calorie fast food, and improve overall health. Therefore, maintaining regular meal times is an important dietary habit that everyone should adopt for better health management.(176字)
