Today, we are going to discuss how successful software and tech products are launched and marketed. When companies launch and market these products, early adopters are important. Early adopters are customers who tend to buy thelatest products and like to be the first to try out new features and processes. In today's discussion, I would like you to describe at least one advantage or disadvantage of being anearly adopter. Please explain why you think this way.
Andrew：
One obvious disadvantage is that early adopters probably pay a lot more for brand-new technology. When productsfirst come out, they're often quite expensive, but once they've been on the market for a while, the price usuallydrops. That's why I usually wait to buy new technology.
New tech products might not always be more expensive -sometimes the company will give people a new product at adiscount in exchange for trying it out and giving feedback on it. In fact, to me, that's the biggest advantage of being anearly adopter - your feedback can guide future improvementsto a product. That's a powerful feeling.

坏处：
1. 更贵.因为以上市场的产品都比较贵。这样导致早买的人会花更多的钱，增加经济负担。比如，特斯拉的model Y刚上市的时候，将近80万。3年后只需要25万。刚买的人可能还在还债，后买的人已经无负担地购买了。

2. 刚买还容易被偷。刚出的新品，比如手机，电脑等，很容易引起关注，而被买不起的人偷。+ 举例：我之前买的ipad 就被偷了…

We should not allow young children, especially those under two years old, to watch videos. It's crucial for their development to engage in real-life communication with others during this critical period. Watching videos doesn't provide the opportunity for meaningful interaction. Even for older children, it's essential to prioritize physical activity over extended screen time. Instead of sitting still in front of screens, they should be encouraged to stay active to support their overall well-being.
Kelly:
I agree that very young children shouldn't be exposed to videos. However, I believe that older children can benefit from watching certain videos, especially those that showcase animals or provide unique insights not easily encountered in everyday life. These videos can be educational and expand their horizons by offering a window into experiences they might not otherwise have access to.

1.小孩子：常见的切入点. 小孩子没有自制力，容易沉溺看视频。可能一开始看的是教育类的视频，比如国家地理频道的火山喷发，或者恐龙的灭绝。但是，后面容易去看明星的化妆视频，网红的游戏视频。影响他们的休息和学习。
2. 教育类视频：有利于他们消化理解课本上的知识。比如，关于火山喷发，声波的传输， 莎士比亚的李尔王戏剧等，对于很多居住在大陆，或者农村地区的小孩子来说是很难理解的, 因为他们的家庭or学校条件有限，只能让他们通过书本理解，是很困难的。但是网络上很多有关于这些知识很多小视频，比如国家地理频道关于马来西亚火山的视频，一些教授们的youtube 频道里做实验小视频，能让学生们很形象地理解了。
3. 娱乐视频：
--好处：让他们放松。学生们的学习压力比较大，要面对各种考试和测验。尤其是要面对升学考试的高中生。如果他们能看一些娱乐视频，比如搞笑小视频，他们的就很容易忘掉这些压力，不那么紧张，得到放松。...
--好处2：让孩子们开阔视野。学校教授的知识是有限的，但是孩子们的潜力是无限的。所以，可以让孩子们多接触网络上的视频。这些视频里包含了非常多丰富的信息，包括日常生活的小常识，娱乐游戏，还有人迹罕至的野外风景，最近的科技前沿等等。 所以孩子们看了就很容易找到自己感兴趣的方面，刺激他们去学习。比如一个对数学不感兴趣的孩子，可能会对最近强大的AI很感兴趣，然后开始学习运用来编程。.... +【让步】孩子们可能会沉溺..， 但是如果父母有效干预，限制每天孩子们可以看视频的时间，这就不是一个问题。
