综合写作是三个措施，提高濒危海龟sea turtles的数量。
一个是建立metal fences to隔离predators，反驳：海龟用magentic去navigate，在产蛋之后找到最短的路径。但是metal fences会影响它这个功能，不能well-developed，所以威胁他的生存和生产能力。
另一个是ban plastic bags，反驳是海里已经有太多垃圾袋，需要billions或者trillions年才能breakdown，即使breakdown了还遗留了一些有害物质。所以这个措施没有立竿见影的效果.
第三个是design turtles excluders，反驳：因为fishers的整理捞鱼产量降低，所以他们就捞之前remove 这个网，然后再放回去。这个法律很难implement

Many companies provide important products and services but at the same time cause environment damages.Some people believe the way to prevent these companies from damaging the environment is for the government to require more penalties from them, such as higher tax and larger fine. Do you think it is a good idea?
Andrew:A lot of companies make helpful products but hurt the environment too. l think thegovernment should punish them more, like raising their taxes and fines, to stop the damage. Doing that would hold corporations accountable and force themto change in an impactful way. We canhave both innovation and sustainability if governments incentivize it properly through penalties.Claire：I disagree that we should penalize corporations more for environmental damage. Many companies are already taking steps to adopt greener practices, and higher taxes or fines could discourage innovation and hurt the economy. Instead of punishing businesses, l believe the government should reward and incentivize sustainable choices through subsidies and tax breaks.

(2). 可行的分论点：
这个题目确实难度比较大，需要大家至少有政府，环境，经济方面的语料和表达。不然可能思路想到了，但是写不出来。
1.“prevent companies from damaging the environment”:主要对象是公司。如何阻止公司破坏环境的行为。这些行为包括：化工工厂chemical plants/发电厂/炼油厂oil refinery等燃烧煤，石油等，排放大量有毒气体，污染当地环境。制衣公司使用有害的化学染剂，制药公司使用过的有害物质等，再不经过处理就直接排放到环境中。日用产品使用过多塑料包装袋等等。
2.require more penalties from them, such as higher tax and larger fine：比如让这些工厂上缴更多的税，或者直接给这些公司开罚单。
一种可能的结果是，工厂因为经济负担过重，生产无法延续下去，最后破产到倒闭。 这样当然也减少了环境污染。但是，也对经济发展造成了损失。
一种可能是，工厂为了维持利润，提高产品的价格，最终由消费者承担政府开出的罚单。这样可能工厂仍然会继续排污，破坏环境。 消费者也会对这个政策不满。
---->当然还有可能是，消费者会选择一些低价的环保产品，从而促使这些工厂主动减少排污，最终有利于环境保护。
还有可能是：工厂为了避免被罚款，所以主动地研发，采用新技术，从而减少对环境的破坏。比如现在的电动汽车。
👩🏻🏫：以上思路都是可行的。但要注意，大家要避免思路想得过于复杂，提升了自己思考，表达的难度。尽量选择思路简单，清晰地内容写作。毕竟，思路的严密和复杂，并不是托福这个语言考试的要求。
